ALL patient need to verify their own insurance benefits before they come for their initial evaluation, or if there is a change in insurance. We will check your insurance benefits as a courtesy to you, but it is your responsibility to know your own plan!
We off a discounted Self Pay rate for those individuals who do not have insurance or we are not in-network providers with their insurance plan. Also, please not that of the insurances listed below, there are certain "branches" that we may not be in-network providers with. (For example, we are in-network providers for most Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, but not for Regence Focal Point.) If you have any questions about whether our clinic is a provider for your insurance plan, please either give our office a call or call your insurance directly. We also take all auto insurance and will selectively work with attorneys on liens.
It is your responsibility to inform us of any changes or updates to your insurance plan. We will do our best to re-check your insurance benefits for you, but you MUST inform us.

We work with the billing company, BMS Practice Solutions. Depending on when you began your treatment with us, you may have billing with our previous billing company, Medwest, or with the new BMS. Please give our office a call if you have any questions and we can direct you to the correct billing company.
