We offer a discounted Self Pay rate for those individuals who do not have insurance or we are not in-network providers with their insurance plan. Also, please not that of the insurances listed below, there are certain "branches" that we may not be in-network providers with. (For example, we are in-network providers for most Regence Blue Cross Blue Shield plans, but not for Regence Focal Point.) If you have any questions about whether our clinic is a provider for your insurance plan, please either give our office a call or call your insurance directly.
